meaning of Islam

By: Abu Abdir Rahmanالحمد لله حمد الشاكرين والصلاة والسلام على محمد المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهداه وعمل بسنته إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد; فإن خير الحديث كتاب الله, وخير الهدي هدي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وشر الأمور محدثاتها وكل محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة وكل ضلالة في النار. معاشر المسلمين رحمكم الله.

            On this happy occasion, I will saying to myself and to my brothers and sisters, let us increase the Islam, the faith and piety to God Subhannahu wa Ta'ala because only with Islam, the faith and piety that we will gain happiness in both the world even more so Insha Allah in the hereafter.

            For that at this time to take a sermon entitled "THE MEANING OF ISLAM"

            Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab in the book "Usul Tsalatsah", said:الإسلام هو الاستسلام لله بالتوحيد والانقياد له بالطاعة والابتعاد عن الشرك.

            It means: "Islam is to submit to Allah with meMaha EsakanNya in worship and obedience and submission to perform away from shirk."

            As Allah says in surah Al-Baqarah verse 112:

            It means: "(Not so), even those who surrender to God is he doing good, then his reward on the side of his Lord and there is no fear come upon them and not (also) they grieve."

            The foundations of Islam were five as it has disabdakan Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam. In a hadeeth narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim.عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: بني الإسلام على خمس; شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله وإقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة وحج البيت وصوم رمضان.

            Meaning: "From Umar ibn Abdillah Radhiallaahu anhu said: I heard the Messenger sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam said:" Islam is founded on five cases:1. Testify that no god has the right to worship properly but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah2. Establish salat3. Removing the zakat.4. Pilgrimage5. Fasting in the month Ramadlan. "

            This is the Islamic joints, which causes one out of the circle of paganism and that causes a person to enter Paradise and away from the torment of Hell.Muslim Ma'asyiral rahimakumullah

            Five joints mentioned above is the pillars of Islam. Anyone running it perfectly, then it includes a perfect Muslim faith, and whoever is left entirely, then he is a real infidels. And whosoever shall deny one of them, then the scholars "agree that he is not Muslim. And anyone who believes wholly and he abandoned the creed other than one of them then he is Fasiq and anyone who labor was limited to verbal instructions alone without coupled with I'tigad, it is hypocrites.

            Allah Ta'ala berfiman in the letter Ali Imran verse 19.

            It means: "Verily the religion (which is true) with Allah is Islam".

            The point of the paragraph above, that there is no accepted religion on the side of someone other than Islam.

            So whoever adheres to a religion other than the Shari'ah of Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam After the coming of him, religion was not accepted in the sight of Allah Subhannahu wa Ta'ala.Allah says in the letter of Ali Imran verse 85.

            It means: "And whosoever shall seek religion other than Islam, never will be accepted from it, was he in the hereafter, including the losers group."

            Whoever that is running a religion other than what disyari'atkan by God to His Messenger, then it will not be accepted from it on the side of God and in the Hereafter he is among those who are the losers.

            As word of the prophet Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam in a saheeh hadith:من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد.

            It means: "Whoever committed a charity, which is not based on our description, then it is rejected".

            Based on the above hadith has been obvious to the servant who believes in Allah and the Last Day, that anything related to the Shari'a, both in terms of aqidah and worship, will be accepted at the side of God when it agrees with what has been taught by God to His Messenger. As has been spoken by Allah in the Qur'an letter Ali-Imran verse 31.

            It means: "Say: 'If you (really) love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins." Almighty Allah is Forgiving, merciful. "

            And Allah the Exalted has said, too, in Surat al-Hashr verse 7.

            Meaning: "What is given by the apostle then accept it. And what in larangnya for you then leave and bertaqwalah to God. Verily Allah is severe in punishment. "Muslim Ma'asyiral rahimakumullah

            In terms of Shari'ah since scaled back until the hereafter, Islam can be divided into two, namely:1. Islam in terms of general2. Islam in terms of specific

            Islam in terms of the general, that since the first apostle to the hereafter, they are the Islamic Shari'ah which means, subject only to worship God alone, therefore they are called Al-Moslem.

            Islam in terms of specialty, that since the coming of the last Apostle, which he is a complement to the previous shari'ah, as well as a cover for all the Apostles, then whoever of mankind, who do not believe in Prophet Muhammadsaw, then he is kafir.

            As mentioned in the saheeh hadith that the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam said:عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: والذي نفس محمد بيده لا يسمع بي أحد من هذه الأمة يهودي ولا نصراني ثم يموت ولم يؤمن بالذي أرسلت به إلا كان من أصحاب النار. (رواه مسلم)

            Meaning: From Abu Hurairah Radhiallaahu anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam, he said: "By the One who himself Muhammad was in his hand, no one's heard about me from these people, whether Jews or Christians, then died while he has not want to believe in what I bring, but he will be the inhabitants of Hell. "(Hadith Muslim)أقول قو لي هذا وأستغفر الله لي ولكم انه هو الغفور الرحيم.Second Khutbahالحمد لله رب العالمين, وبه نستعين على أمور الدنيا والدين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد; معاشر المسلمين رحمكم الله.

            We must believe that Islam is the true religion of Allah and in others is the falsehood And we believe, that Islam is a religion that has been perfect. As has been mentioned in the Quran surah Al-Maidah verse 3:

            It means: "This day have I perfected for you your religion, and has Kucukupkan unto ni'matKu, and had I ridlai Islam is the religion you so".Muslim Ma'asyiral rahimakumullah

            That is Islam, God has given unto His prophet and to all the mu'minin, that He (God) have perfected for them Islam as a religion.

            With this decision of God, and yet another triumph for the mu'minim and is the perfection of religion.Then finished the task of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa Salam in carrying out their duties in presenting religion, and for the believers, they do not need to reduce or increase forever.

            May Allah always guide us all to the way the diridhaiNya. Amen.اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم, إنك حميد مجيد. وبارك على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما باركت على إبراهيم وعلى آل إبراهيم, إنك حميد مجيد. اللهم اغفر للمسلمين والمسلمات, والمؤمنين والمؤمنات الأحياء منهم والأموات, إنك سميع قريب. اللهم أحينا على الإسلام وأمتنا على الإيمان. اللهم أرنا الحق حقا وارزقنا اتباعه, وأرنا الباطل باطلا وارزقنا اجتنابه. ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار. ربنا هب لنا من أزواجنا وذرياتنا قرة أعين واجعلنا للمتقين إماما. سبحان ربك رب العزة عما يصفون, وسلام على المرسلين والحمد لله رب العالمين.عباد الله, إن الله يأمركم بالعدل والإحسان وإيتآئ ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشآء والمنكر والبغي يعظكم لعلكم تذكرون. ولذكر الله أكبر.
